Additional Restrictions
Drawzilla also reserves the right to restrict or refuse access from any jurisdiction that:
- is designated by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as a High-Risk Jurisdiction subject to a Call for Action;
- becomes subject to applicable sanctions imposed by the United Nations, OFAC, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other competent authorities; or
- is prohibited by the Anjouan Gaming Authority or applicable law.
Player Responsibilities
- You must not access or use Drawzilla where participation in real-money gaming, wagering, prize draws, or similar activities is prohibited by the laws applicable to you or when you are in a prohibited jurisdiction.
- It is your responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account, purchasing tickets, depositing funds, or participating in any Drawzilla Service.
- You must not use VPNs, proxy services, location spoofing, or any other technology to conceal or misrepresent your location.
- Drawzilla may restrict access, suspend or close accounts, cancel participation, withhold withdrawals pending review, or take other appropriate action where these requirements are breached.
