10.1 Overview

OG Draw is Drawzilla's lottery-style product in which winning numbers are generated using predetermined public financial market data rather than random number generators (RNGs). Each draw follows a published set of rules that define the eligible market sources, outcome generation method, prize structure, ticket sales period, and draw schedule.

Current OG Draw products include Quick 3D, Daily 4D, Weekly 5D, together with any additional lottery products introduced by Drawzilla from time to time.

10.2 Ticket Purchases

Participation in an OG Draw requires the purchase of one or more valid tickets before ticket sales close.

The ticket sales closing time for each draw will be published on the Drawzilla platform.

Once ticket sales have closed:

• no additional tickets may be purchased;

• no entries may be accepted;

• purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, or modified.

Each valid ticket is eligible to participate only in the draw for which it was purchased.

10.3 Market Source Voting

For eligible OG Draw products, players may vote for the financial market sources used to generate the winning numbers.

The following rules apply:

• Each valid ticket carries one (1) vote.

• Votes are final once submitted and cannot be changed.

• Additional tickets purchased before ticket sales close may be used to cast additional votes.

• Players are not required to vote. Tickets without a vote remain fully eligible for the draw.

• Voting closes when ticket sales close.

If two or more market sources receive the same number of votes, the source that first reached the highest vote total shall be selected.

10.4 Official Market Data

Winning numbers are derived exclusively from predetermined public financial market data.

The official market data provider for each draw shall be published before ticket sales close and shall form part of the official draw rules.

Only the official published market data provider shall be used when determining the outcome of a draw.

10.5 Outcome Generation

Winning numbers are generated using a deterministic methodology based on predetermined public financial market data. Drawzilla does not use random number generators (RNGs) to determine OG Draw outcomes.

For each OG Draw, Drawzilla will publish the applicable market data sources, official data provider(s), extraction methodology, and any product-specific rules before the draw is conducted. Once the relevant market data becomes available, the winning numbers are generated automatically in accordance with the published methodology.

By participating in an OG Draw, you acknowledge and agree that the outcome shall be determined exclusively in accordance with these documents and the applicable rules published for the relevant draw. The resulting outcome may be independently verified using the published audit records and supporting data.

10.6 Market Disruptions & Draw Cancellation

Drawzilla may postpone or cancel an OG Draw where the outcome cannot be generated fairly or accurately due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• trading suspension;

• exchange outage;

• unavailable official market data;

• corporate actions affecting the selected market source;

• delisting of a selected security;

• technical failures;

• force majeure events; or

• any circumstance that may compromise the integrity of the draw.

Where a draw is cancelled before the winning numbers are generated, all eligible ticket purchases will be refunded to the player's Drawzilla account.

10.7 Prize Determination

Prize amounts for each OG Draw are published before ticket sales commence.

All advertised prize pools are guaranteed and insurance-backed.

Where multiple players qualify for the jackpot prize, the jackpot shall be divided equally amongst all qualifying jackpot winners.

Fixed prizes awarded to lower prize tiers shall be paid in full and shall not be shared unless expressly stated in the applicable draw rules.

10.8 Prize Crediting

All OG Draw prizes are credited to the winner's Drawzilla account balance.

Players may withdraw available winnings in accordance with these Terms and Drawzilla's withdrawal procedures.

Player balances do not expire while Drawzilla continues to operate. If Drawzilla permanently ceases operations, players will be given reasonable notice of the final date by which withdrawals must be completed.

10.9 Audit & Verification

Drawzilla is committed to maintaining a transparent and independently verifiable draw process.

Following each OG Draw, Drawzilla will publish the relevant audit records, including blockchain commitments, market data references, winning numbers, and supporting verification information necessary to independently validate the outcome.

Players and third parties may verify the integrity of a draw using the published audit information together with the official documentation available below:

The audit records published by Drawzilla form the official verification record of each draw. Where discrepancies are identified, Drawzilla reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, correct administrative or publication errors, provided that no action shall alter a valid outcome generated in accordance with the published methodology and official market data.

11.1 Overview

VIP Draw is Drawzilla's knockout-style prize draw in which participants compete through successive elimination rounds until a single winning ticket remains. Unlike traditional prize draws, VIP Draw outcomes are determined using predetermined public financial market data and published outcome generation rules rather than random number generators (RNGs).

Current VIP Draw categories include VIP Keys, VIP Escape, VIP Bling, VIP Crypto, together with any additional VIP Draw products introduced by Drawzilla from time to time.

11.2 Ticket Purchases

Participation in a VIP Draw requires the purchase of one or more valid tickets before ticket sales close.

The ticket sales closing time for each VIP Draw will be published on the Drawzilla platform.

Once ticket sales have closed:

• no additional tickets may be purchased;

• entries cannot be cancelled or modified; and

• tickets may only participate in the VIP Draw for which they were purchased.

11.3 Ticket Assignment

Each VIP Draw ticket shall be assigned to either the Odd or Even group before the commencement of the first knockout round.

Players may select:

• Odd;

• Even; or

• Auto Pick, where the assignment is randomly assigned by the platform.

Ticket assignments become final once confirmed and cannot be changed after.

11.4 Knockout Rounds

Each knockout round uses a predetermined financial market source and scheduled market event published before the draw.

The first digit after the decimal point of the official market price determines the winning parity for that round:

• Odd digit = Odd tickets survive.

• Even digit = Even tickets survive.

Tickets assigned to the non-winning parity are eliminated from the draw.

If the draw continues beyond the originally published number of knockout rounds, Drawzilla will publish the additional rounds and corresponding market sources before continuing the draw.

11.5 Official Market Data & Outcome Generation

VIP Draw outcomes are derived exclusively from predetermined public financial market data.

The official market data provider for each draw shall be published before ticket sales close and forms part of the official draw rules.

By participating in a VIP Draw, you acknowledge and agree that the outcome shall be determined exclusively in accordance with these documents and the applicable rules published for the relevant draw. 11.6 Round Interruptions & Draw Cancellation

Where a scheduled knockout round cannot be completed due to trading suspension, exchange outage, unavailable official market data, technical failure, or similar circumstances affecting the selected market source, that knockout round may be cancelled.

Where a knockout round is cancelled, all remaining tickets shall automatically progress to the next scheduled knockout round using the next published market source.

Drawzilla may postpone or cancel an entire VIP Draw only where completion is not reasonably possible due to force majeure, major technical failures, regulatory requirements, security incidents, or any circumstance that could compromise the integrity or fairness of the draw.

Where an entire VIP Draw is cancelled before a winner is determined, all eligible ticket purchases will be refunded to the player's Drawzilla account.

11.7 Winner Determination

A VIP Draw concludes when only one eligible ticket remains following the completion of the knockout process.

Where all remaining tickets would otherwise be eliminated during the same knockout round, no tickets shall be eliminated and all remaining participants shall progress to the next scheduled knockout round.

The final remaining eligible ticket shall be declared the winner of the advertised prize.

11.8 VIP Revival

Certain VIP Draw products may include Revival features, shields, or similar gameplay mechanics.

Where available, the applicable eligibility requirements, activation method, usage limits, expiry conditions, and other rules shall be published in the Official VIP Draw Game Rules applicable to the relevant draw.

11.9 Prize Fulfilment

Each VIP Draw prize is awarded as described in the applicable prize listing.

Where a winner refuses delivery of the prize, doesn’t want the prize, cannot legally receive the advertised prize, cannot import the prize into their jurisdiction, or is otherwise unable to accept delivery, the winner shall instead be entitled to receive the advertised Stablecoin Equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Prize Terms.

Where a winner fails to successfully complete the required identity verification or becomes ineligible under these Terms, the prize shall be forfeited. Drawzilla may include the forfeited prize or its Stablecoin Equivalent in a future promotional campaign or draw.

11.10 Prize Claim & Acceptance

Winning participants must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified by Drawzilla.

Drawzilla will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact information associated with the player's account.

Failure to respond within the claim period may result in the prize being treated as an unclaimed prize in accordance with these Terms.

11.11 Stablecoin Equivalents & Prize Substitutions

Where specifically provided under these Terms or the applicable Prize Terms, Drawzilla may fulfil a prize by providing its advertised Stablecoin Equivalent instead of the physical prize.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, discontinued, or cannot reasonably be supplied, Drawzilla reserves the right to provide:

• an equivalent replacement prize of substantially similar value; or

• the advertised Stablecoin Equivalent.

11.12 Travel Prizes

Travel prizes must be confirmed with Drawzilla and must commence within 365 days of the winner's confirmation unless otherwise stated in the applicable Prize Terms.

Once a travel itinerary has been confirmed by the winner, it cannot be changed except where required by law or expressly approved by Drawzilla.

If the winner is unable to obtain visas, travel documentation, or otherwise cannot undertake the trip, the winner may elect to receive the advertised Stablecoin Equivalent.

Where the advertised destination becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Drawzilla's reasonable control, Drawzilla may offer an alternative destination of comparable value or the advertised Stablecoin Equivalent.

11.13 Property Prizes

Property prizes are subject to the ownership, residency, citizenship, and legal transfer requirements of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.

Certain property prizes may only be available to eligible winners who satisfy these legal requirements.

Where a winner does not qualify to receive legal ownership of the advertised property, the winner shall instead receive the advertised Stablecoin Equivalent unless otherwise stated in the applicable Prize Terms.

11.14 Taxes, Duties & Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Prize Terms:

• Drawzilla is responsible for export arrangements, international shipping, and shipping insurance.

• Winners are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, taxes, registration fees, local government charges, and any other costs imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

Tax obligations vary between jurisdictions. Winners are solely responsible for determining and complying with any tax obligations arising from receipt of a prize unless expressly stated otherwise.

11.15 Unclaimed Prizes

Prizes that remain unclaimed after the applicable claim period may, at Drawzilla's discretion, be withdrawn and included in a future promotional campaign, prize draw, or similar initiative.

Drawzilla reserves the right to determine the manner in which any unclaimed prize or its Stablecoin Equivalent will be reallocated.

11.16 Audit & Verification

Drawzilla maintains a transparent and independently verifiable process for every VIP Draw.

Following each completed draw, Drawzilla may publish audit records, market data references, blockchain commitments, knockout results, and supporting verification information necessary to independently validate the outcome.

Players and third parties may verify the integrity of a VIP Draw using the official documentation published by Drawzilla, including:

The published audit records form the official verification record of each VIP Draw. Where administrative or publication errors are identified, Drawzilla reserves the right to correct such errors, provided that no correction shall alter a valid outcome generated in accordance with the published methodology and official market data.

12.1 Zilla Points

The Zilla Points program applies only where it has been officially launched and made available by Drawzilla. Until such time, no player is entitled to earn, receive, redeem, or claim Zilla Points.

Players earn 10 Zilla Points (ZP) for every US$1 spent on eligible Drawzilla tickets. Drawzilla may also award ZP for activities including streaks, referrals, promotions, platform engagement, or other qualifying actions.

The amount of ZP awarded, eligibility requirements, expiry conditions, and any usage restrictions will be displayed in the applicable promotion or feature rules.

ZP have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cryptocurrency, or sold unless expressly stated otherwise.

12.2 Player Ranks

Drawzilla operates three player ranks:

• Bronze: Default rank

• Silver: US$100 lifetime ticket spend or 1,000 ZP

• Gold: US$300 lifetime ticket spend or 3,000 ZP

A player qualifies once either the lifetime-spend requirement or ZP requirement is met.

Drawzilla may review rank qualification where points or spend resulted from refunds, reversals, fraud, abuse, technical errors, or cancelled transactions.

12.3 Rank-Based Payouts

Certain OG Draw prize tiers provide different payouts according to the player’s Bronze, Silver, or Gold rank.

The applicable payout is determined by the player’s rank at the time the relevant ticket is purchased. A later rank upgrade does not retrospectively change the payout attached to an existing ticket.

The full payout tables for Quick 3D, Daily 4D, and Weekly 5D are published in the applicable Official OG Draw Game Rules and form part of these Terms.

12.4 Rank and Reward Changes

Drawzilla may amend rank thresholds, ZP earning rates, reward benefits, or payout structures for future tickets.

Any change will not reduce a prize already attached to a valid ticket purchased before the change takes effect.

Drawzilla may suspend or remove ZP, ranks, or related benefits where they were obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, promotional abuse, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

13.1 Promotional Offers

Drawzilla may offer promotions, free entries, bonus rewards, referral campaigns, competitions, or other promotional activities from time to time.

Each promotion is subject to its own published terms, including eligibility requirements, validity periods, participation rules, and any applicable restrictions. By participating in a promotion, you agree to the applicable promotional terms in addition to these Terms.

13.2 Referral Programme

Drawzilla may operate a referral programme through which eligible players may earn rewards for introducing new users to the platform.

Referral rewards will only be granted where all applicable programme requirements have been satisfied. Drawzilla reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel referral rewards where fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, coordinated abuse, or other prohibited conduct is detected.

The rules governing referral rewards shall be published separately and form part of these Terms.

13.3 Free Entries & Promotional Tickets

Drawzilla may issue free entries or promotional tickets as part of marketing campaigns, loyalty rewards, referrals, customer support, or other promotional activities.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional tickets carry the same participation rights as purchased tickets but may be subject to separate prize, withdrawal, expiry, or eligibility conditions.

Any restrictions applicable to promotional tickets will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion.

13.4 Modification or Cancellation

Drawzilla reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion, referral programme, bonus, free entry campaign, or reward initiative where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, security concerns, abuse, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such changes shall not affect prizes or rewards that have already been validly awarded unless required by law or where obtained through fraud, abuse, or error.

13.5 Promotional Abuse

Players must not misuse or manipulate promotions, referral programmes, or reward systems.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• creating or operating multiple accounts;

• referring yourself or persons acting on your behalf;

• using false identities or misleading information;

• exploiting software defects or promotional errors;

• colluding with other users to obtain promotional benefits; or

• engaging in any activity intended to unfairly obtain rewards.

Where promotional abuse is identified, Drawzilla may cancel the affected promotion, remove associated rewards or Zilla Points, suspend or terminate the account, recover improperly awarded benefits, and take any other action permitted under these Terms.

14.1 Account Balances

Funds deposited into your Drawzilla account, together with eligible prizes and promotional credits, will be reflected in your account balance.

Players are responsible for reviewing their account activity and promptly notifying Drawzilla of any suspected discrepancies or unauthorized transactions.

14.2 Payment Errors

Where funds, prizes, promotional rewards, or account credits are incorrectly credited or debited due to technical issues, human error, system malfunction, or any other administrative error, Drawzilla reserves the right to correct the error at any time.

Players must not knowingly retain, withdraw, or use funds or prizes that were credited in error.

14.3 Incorrect Prize Awards

If a prize is awarded incorrectly due to a technical, calculation, publication, or administrative error, Drawzilla may suspend payment, recover the incorrectly awarded amount, or reverse the transaction where reasonably necessary.

Where recovery is not possible, Drawzilla reserves the right to take any action permitted by law to recover the incorrectly awarded funds or assets.

14.4 Pricing & Display Errors

From time to time, incorrect ticket prices, prize values, promotional information, market data, or other information may appear on the platform due to technical or human error.

Drawzilla reserves the right to correct such errors, cancel affected transactions where necessary, and refund any payments received in connection with the error.

No player shall acquire rights to an incorrect price, prize, promotion, or offer resulting solely from an obvious error.

14.5 Transaction History

The transaction history displayed within a player's account serves as a record of activity on the Drawzilla platform.

Players should retain their own records where required. Drawzilla reserves the right to correct clerical or administrative errors in transaction records where necessary to accurately reflect the underlying transaction.

15.1 General Conduct

Players must use Drawzilla honestly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the platform.

15.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• creating or operating multiple accounts without prior approval;

• providing false, misleading, or incomplete information;

• using another person's identity, payment method, or cryptocurrency wallet without authorization;

• sharing, selling, or transferring your account;

• using VPNs, proxy services, location spoofing, or similar technologies to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions;

• attempting to manipulate draws, voting, promotions, or reward systems;

• exploiting software bugs, technical errors, vulnerabilities, or system malfunctions;

• using automated software, bots, scripts, or similar tools to access or interact with the platform;

• engaging in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity; or

• interfering with the normal operation or security of Drawzilla.

15.3 Investigations

Drawzilla reserves the right to investigate any activity that may reasonably indicate a breach of these Terms, applicable law, or our regulatory obligations.

During an investigation, Drawzilla may request additional information, suspend account activity, delay withdrawals, withhold prizes, or apply any other reasonable measures necessary to protect the platform and its users.

15.4 Consequences of Breach

Where Drawzilla reasonably determines that a player has breached these Terms, we may, without limitation:

• suspend or terminate the player's account;

• cancel tickets or promotional benefits;

• remove Zilla Points, ranks, or rewards;

• withhold or recover prizes or account balances obtained through the breach;

• refuse future access to the Services; and

• report the matter to regulators, law enforcement agencies, or other competent authorities where required by law.

These remedies are cumulative and do not limit any other rights or remedies available to Drawzilla under applicable law.

16.1 Suspension of Accounts

Drawzilla may temporarily suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or investigate suspected breaches of these Terms.

Reasons for suspension may include identity verification requirements, AML reviews, suspected fraud, security concerns, prohibited conduct, technical investigations, or other circumstances requiring further review.

16.2 Account Closure by Drawzilla

Drawzilla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account where a player:

• breaches these Terms or applicable laws;

• provides false or misleading information;

• fails to complete required verification procedures;

• engages in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;

• attempts to compromise the integrity or security of the platform; or

• otherwise presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or operational risk.

Where appropriate, Drawzilla may notify the player of the reason for the closure unless prohibited by law or regulatory requirements.

16.3 Account Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their Drawzilla account at any time by contacting Customer Support.

Before an account can be permanently closed, the player must complete any outstanding verification requirements, resolve pending investigations, and withdraw any eligible account balance, unless otherwise required by law or these Terms.

Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or liabilities that arose before the account was closed.

16.4 Remaining Balances

Where an account is closed, any eligible funds remaining in the player's account may be withdrawn in accordance with these Terms, subject to applicable verification, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Drawzilla reserves the right to withhold, recover, or refuse payment of funds, prizes, promotional rewards, or other benefits obtained through fraud, prohibited conduct, technical error, or breach of these Terms.

16.5 Effect of Termination

Termination or suspension of an account does not affect any rights, obligations, investigations, or legal remedies that arose before the account was suspended or closed.

The provisions relating to verification, fraud prevention, intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any other clauses intended to survive termination shall continue to apply after the account has been closed.

17.2 Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for participating responsibly and within their personal financial means.

By using Drawzilla, you acknowledge that participation should be for entertainment purposes only and that you are solely responsible for your decisions, financial commitments, and use of the platform.

17.3 Responsible Gaming Tools

Drawzilla may provide responsible gaming tools including, but not limited to:

• deposit limits;

• spending limits;

• cooling-off periods;

• self-exclusion;

• account closure requests; and

• other player protection measures.

Availability of individual tools may vary depending on regulatory requirements and platform features.

17.4 Self-Exclusion

Players may request to temporarily suspend or permanently self-exclude their account in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

During a period of self-exclusion, access to the affected account may be restricted and participation in Drawzilla Services may be prohibited.

17.5 Underage Participation

Drawzilla strictly prohibits participation by persons under the minimum legal age required to participate in gaming activities within their jurisdiction.

Where Drawzilla reasonably believes an account is operated by an underage individual, the account may be suspended or permanently closed pending investigation.

17.6 Assistance

If you believe your participation is becoming difficult to manage, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available through Drawzilla or seek assistance from an appropriate support organisation within your jurisdiction.

18.1 Platform Availability

Drawzilla aims to provide continuous access to its Services but does not guarantee that the platform or any individual feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

From time to time, access may be affected by scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical issues, blockchain congestion, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond Drawzilla's reasonable control.

18.2 Technical Issues

Where a technical issue, system malfunction, software defect, blockchain disruption, or administrative error affects the operation of the platform or a player's participation, Drawzilla reserves the right to investigate the matter and take any reasonable action necessary to preserve the integrity of the Services.

Such action may include delaying transactions, correcting errors, postponing draws, refunding eligible entries, or temporarily suspending affected services.

18.3 Third-Party Services

Drawzilla relies on third-party providers, including blockchain networks, cryptocurrency wallet providers, market data providers, identity verification services, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, and communication services.

Drawzilla is not responsible for delays, interruptions, failures, or losses arising solely from the services or actions of independent third parties that are outside our reasonable control.

18.4 Force Majeure

Drawzilla shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government action, sanctions, labour disputes, cyberattacks, widespread internet or telecommunications failures, blockchain network failures, exchange closures, market disruptions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Where reasonably necessary, Drawzilla may postpone, suspend, modify, or cancel affected Services until normal operations can safely resume.

19.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Drawzilla platform, including its software, website, applications, game mechanics, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, mascot, content, text, audio, video, designs, databases, documentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Drawzilla and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

19.2 Limited Licence

Subject to these Terms, Drawzilla grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This licence automatically terminates if your account is suspended or closed.

19.3 Restrictions

Without Drawzilla's prior written consent, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Services;

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software;

• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
