These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drawzilla platform, website, applications, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Drawzilla is operated by 3-102-958035 SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority under Licence No. ALSI-202606045-FI2. The licence is valid from 30 June 2026 to 29 June 2027.

By creating an account or using Drawzilla, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific products, promotions, or campaigns.

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Account means your registered Drawzilla player account.

• Drawzilla, we, our, or us means 3-102-958035 SRL.

• Player, User, or you means any individual using our Services.

• OG Draw refers to Drawzilla's lottery products whose winning numbers are derived from predetermined public market data.

• VIP Draw refers to Drawzilla's knockout-style prize draws where outcomes are determined using predefined public market data.

• Prize means any cash, cryptocurrency, or physical reward offered through the platform.

• Services means all products, features, websites, applications, promotions, and support provided by Drawzilla.

By registering an account or accessing the Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Drawzilla.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register, access, or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of device, wallet provider, payment method, or country of access. Additional product-specific rules may apply to certain draws, promotions, or features and shall form part of these Terms where applicable.

To use Drawzilla you must:

• be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;

• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

• not be prohibited by applicable law from using our Services;

• provide accurate and complete information during registration;

• comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Drawzilla reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

Drawzilla does not offer its Services where prohibited by applicable law or regulatory requirements.

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing or using Drawzilla is lawful within your jurisdiction.

The following jurisdictions are expressly prohibited:

Australia, Austria, Union of the Comoros (including Anjouan), France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America.

FATF High-Risk Jurisdictions: North Korea, Iran, Myanmar (Burma)

Comprehensive Sanctions Jurisdictions: Belarus, Cuba, Crimea Region, DNR, LNR, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria

You must not use VPNs, proxy services, or any technology intended to conceal or misrepresent your location.

You must register an account before participating in any Drawzilla Services. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Each individual may maintain one Drawzilla account. You may connect multiple cryptocurrency wallets to your account.

Drawzilla applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable laws. We may request identity verification at registration, before withdrawals, upon changes to your account, or whenever necessary.

Verification may include government-issued ID, proof of address, facial verification, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.

Drawzilla accepts deposits using supported cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks. The minimum deposit amount is US$10. Players are solely responsible for ensuring deposits are sent using a supported cryptocurrency and correct blockchain network. Deposited funds are credited after required blockchain confirmations.

Players may withdraw available account balances at any time, subject to these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is US$10. Withdrawals may be delayed for identity verification, AML compliance, suspicious activity investigation, or technical issues. Withdrawals will only be processed to supported wallet addresses.

OG Draw is Drawzilla's lottery-style product in which winning numbers are generated using predetermined public financial market data rather than random number generators (RNGs). Each draw follows a published set of rules that define the eligible market sources, outcome generation method, prize structure, ticket sales period, and draw schedule.

Current OG Draw products include Quick 3D, Daily 4D, Weekly 5D, together with any additional lottery products introduced by Drawzilla from time to time.

Participation requires the purchase of one or more valid tickets before ticket sales close. Once ticket sales have closed, no additional tickets may be purchased, entries cannot be accepted, and purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, or modified.

For eligible products, players may vote for the financial market sources used to generate winning numbers. Each valid ticket carries one vote. Votes are final once submitted.

Winning numbers are derived exclusively from predetermined public financial market data. The official market data provider shall be published before ticket sales close. Drawzilla does not use random number generators.

Drawzilla may postpone or cancel a draw where the outcome cannot be generated fairly due to trading suspension, exchange outage, unavailable market data, technical failures, or force majeure events. All advertised prize pools are guaranteed and insurance-backed. Prizes are credited to the winner's account balance.

Following each OG Draw, Drawzilla will publish relevant audit records including blockchain commitments, market data references, winning numbers, and verification information.

VIP Draw is Drawzilla's knockout-style prize draw in which participants compete through successive elimination rounds until a single winning ticket remains. Outcomes are determined using predetermined public financial market data.

Current VIP Draw categories include VIP Keys, VIP Escape, VIP Bling, VIP Crypto, together with any additional products introduced from time to time.

Each ticket is assigned to either the Odd or Even group. Each knockout round uses a predetermined financial market source. The first digit after the decimal point determines the winning parity.

A VIP Draw concludes when only one eligible ticket remains. Prizes are awarded as described in the applicable listing. Where a winner cannot accept a physical prize, they may receive the Stablecoin Equivalent. Winners must claim prizes within 30 days.

Travel prizes must commence within 365 days. Property prizes are subject to ownership and legal transfer requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Drawzilla handles export and shipping; winners are responsible for import duties, customs, taxes, and local fees.

Drawzilla maintains transparent verification for every VIP Draw, publishing audit records and supporting information.

Players earn 10 Zilla Points (ZP) for every US$1 spent on eligible tickets. ZP may also be awarded for streaks, referrals, promotions, and engagement. ZP have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or sold.

Drawzilla operates three player ranks: Bronze (default), Silver (US$100 lifetime spend or 1,000 ZP), and Gold (US$300 lifetime spend or 3,000 ZP).

Certain OG Draw prize tiers provide different payouts according to the player's rank at the time of ticket purchase. A later rank upgrade does not retrospectively change existing ticket payouts.

Drawzilla may amend rank thresholds, earning rates, or payout structures for future tickets. Changes will not reduce prizes attached to valid tickets purchased before the change.

Drawzilla may offer promotions, free entries, bonus rewards, referral campaigns, and other promotional activities. Each promotion is subject to its own published terms.

Referral rewards are granted only where all programme requirements are satisfied. Free entries or promotional tickets may carry separate prize, withdrawal, or eligibility conditions.

Drawzilla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion where reasonably necessary. Players must not misuse or manipulate promotions. Prohibited conduct includes creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, using false identities, exploiting defects, or colluding with other users.

Funds deposited, together with prizes and promotional credits, are reflected in your account balance. Players are responsible for reviewing activity and reporting discrepancies.

Where funds are incorrectly credited or debited due to technical issues, human error, or system malfunction, Drawzilla may correct the error at any time. Players must not knowingly retain funds credited in error.

Drawzilla may correct pricing and display errors and cancel affected transactions where necessary. The transaction history displayed within your account serves as the record of platform activity.

Players must use Drawzilla honestly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts, providing false information, using another person's identity or wallet, sharing or transferring an account, using VPNs or location spoofing, manipulating draws or promotions, exploiting software bugs, using bots, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or interfering with platform security.

Drawzilla may investigate any suspected breach, suspend account activity, delay withdrawals, or withhold prizes during investigation. Consequences include account termination, cancellation of benefits, recovery of improperly awarded funds, and reporting to authorities.

Drawzilla may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for platform protection, legal compliance, or investigation of suspected breaches.

Drawzilla may permanently close accounts where players breach these Terms, provide false information, fail verification, engage in prohibited conduct, or present unacceptable risk.

Players may request closure at any time via Customer Support. Before closure, outstanding verification and investigations must be completed. Eligible funds may be withdrawn subject to applicable requirements. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before closure.

Drawzilla is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are responsible for participating within their personal financial means. Participation should be for entertainment purposes only.

Available tools may include deposit limits, spending limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, and account closure requests. Players may request temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion.

Drawzilla strictly prohibits participation by underage persons. If participation becomes difficult to manage, we encourage using available tools or seeking assistance from appropriate support organisations.

Drawzilla aims to provide continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Access may be affected by scheduled maintenance, software updates, blockchain congestion, or third-party service interruptions.

Drawzilla relies on third-party providers including blockchain networks, wallet providers, and market data providers. Drawzilla is not responsible for delays arising solely from third-party services.

Drawzilla shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, blockchain failures, exchange closures, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

All intellectual property rights in the Drawzilla platform, including software, website, applications, game mechanics, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, mascot, content, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Drawzilla.

Subject to these Terms, Drawzilla grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Without prior written consent, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services; reverse engineer or decompile software; remove proprietary notices; use automated tools to collect data; or create derivative works.

"Drawzilla", the Drawzilla name, logos, product names, mascots, and slogans are trademarks of Drawzilla. No licence to use any trademark is granted except as expressly permitted.

By submitting content to Drawzilla, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, modify, and display that content for the operation and promotion of the Services.

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications electronically, including through email, your account dashboard, or other electronic means. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.

Drawzilla may send notifications relating to your account, verification, deposits, withdrawals, prizes, security alerts, policy updates, and regulatory matters. It is your responsibility to ensure contact details remain accurate.

Where permitted by law, Drawzilla may send promotional communications. Players may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Service and regulatory communications will continue where necessary.

Drawzilla shall not be responsible for any loss arising from failure to receive communications due to incorrect contact information, full mailboxes, spam filtering, or technical issues.

Complaints should be submitted through Customer Support, the Complaints Form, or email at support@drawzilla.com. Please include your account details, relevant references, supporting documents, and a clear explanation.

Drawzilla will acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and make good-faith efforts to resolve within 30 calendar days. You must cooperate with the investigation.

If the complaint remains unresolved, you will be informed of available Alternative Dispute Resolution. Drawzilla will participate in any ADR procedure designated under its licensing requirements. ADR costs will be borne by Drawzilla.

Unresolved matters may be referred to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority. Nothing in this section limits any rights available to you under applicable law.

Your use of the Drawzilla Services is at your own risk. While Drawzilla makes reasonable efforts to provide secure, accurate, and reliable Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drawzilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Drawzilla is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, incorrect wallet addresses, failure to protect account credentials, inaccurate information provided by you, blockchain delays, or your failure to comply with these Terms.

Drawzilla's total liability shall not exceed the greater of the total amount held in your account at the time the claim arose, or the total value of the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drawzilla, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, fraudulent or negligent conduct, misuse of the Services, infringement of third-party rights, or inaccurate information.

Drawzilla may recover losses by deducting from your account balance, withholding withdrawals or prizes, commencing legal proceedings, or exercising any other available remedies.

Your obligations under this section survive the termination of your account.

Drawzilla reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, promotion, or part of the Services where reasonably necessary. Changes apply prospectively and shall not affect completed draws or prizes already awarded.

Drawzilla may amend these Terms to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, or business operations. The latest version will always be published on our website.

Where changes materially affect your rights, Drawzilla may notify you through your account or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Related policies forming part of these Terms include the Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Official OG Draw Game Rules, Official VIP Draw Game Rules, and the Outcome Generation Framework.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Drawzilla's licensing framework.

These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Section headings are included for convenience only. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" shall be interpreted as "including without limitation."

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Official Game Rules, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drawzilla.

If any provision is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Failure by Drawzilla to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver shall only be effective if made expressly in writing.

Drawzilla may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without prior written consent.

By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and electronically accepted these Terms.
